Become your own healer! This easy self-treatment can be done anytime you feel fatigue or burnout.

Instructions: Hold you hands in a slightly cupped position, fingers together. Call in universal source energy. You may feel your hands begin to tingle or become warm. Follow the diagram through all 12 positions, changing when it feels right or energy is sufficiently restored, taking yummy breaths in + out as you go.
